Naz Atikian exudes energy and compassion. Working in a field that she found neither challenging nor rewarding, Naz followed her passion and, in 1984, established “Le Papillon By Naz.”

Located in the heart of Glendale, this store is a premier showroom for timeless designers and their high-end collections. The extensive collection encompasses diverse styles and includes everything from formal dinnerware with hand-painted details to full-lead crystal decanters and centerpieces.

In her dream come true, Naz also designs and sells one-of-a-kind high-end jewelry.

While part of her professional success depends on her unique and elegant designs, the other part rests on her attention to building a special relationship with each client. In the course of only a few years, she established herself with a solid reputation and was featured in Westlake Magazine as one of the “Women in Business” success stories.

Parallel to her dedication to her work, Naz devotes much of her time and energy to various charitable organizations, especially those dealing with children in and outside the Armenian Community. In 2007, she was one of the proud sponsors of the UNICEF Snowflake Ball, was featured in Town & Country for the timeless piece she donated to the cause, and was thanked by the Sisters of Mary Health for keeping their dream alive. In 2008, Naz was honored as “Woman of the Year” by the Armenian Bone Marrow Donor Registry. Single-handedly, through her generosity and contagious and deep conviction in helping charitable causes, Naz has been a true angel for the ABMDR and continues to serve on the Board.

 In 2008, the Armenian American Chamber of Commerce awarded Naz the “Small Businesswoman of the Year” designation in recognition of her outstanding commitment, dedication, devotion, and service to the Community and exceptional success in Business. Naz has also been a Gold and Bronze sponsor for the Armenian American Medical Society and has served the Gala Committee for many years. In her commitments to the Armenian Community, Naz has lent a helping hand to the Armenian Relief Society of Western USA and has served on the Gala Committee for numerous years.

In 2016 Naz received the “Business Life Woman Achiever Award” in recognition of outstanding entrepreneurial accomplishment and service to the Community. The Western Diocese of the Armenian Church recognized Naz as one of the 2016 Honorees at the Thirteenth Annual Christmas Ball. The National Committee of America – Glendale Chapter awarded Naz the Golden Heart Award for her compassion and care for the less fortunate, her readiness to help fellow humanity, and her impact on people’s lives.
